The successful candidate will be a client ambassador; driven to build relationships with our customers; to truly understand their company, their problems, their decision-makers, influencers, and needs. They will know our competitorsโ products, services, strengths, and weaknesses so we can always provide the very best solution for our customers.
The position comes with a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, vehicle allowance and cellphone allowance.
The successful candidate will be directly accountable to:

Skill Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience, with preference given to construction sales experience.
- Persistence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent social media skills and presence
- Strong people skills, internal need to help customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Relationship builder
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in actively using a CRM (ex. Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with construction, and concrete equipment preferred.
- Valid Driverโs License and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
