Gambini Consulting is looking to add to our creative and contemporary in-house Marketing Team with a Marketing Coordinator to support our organization in its branding, marketing initiatives, and communications..
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing creativity and technical know-how to develop marketing plans for the organization and the various programs and projects that we deliver, designed to open new markets for addressing the pressing mental health needs of our communities;
- Managing projects and campaigns from end-to-end, including oversight, tracking of budget and escalating issues as necessary;
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns, events, and activities;
- Creating original artwork and graphic design for marketing collaterals, print and digital publications;
- Liaising with external vendors to execute promotional programs, events, and campaigns;
- Developing and managing content for digital marketing initiatives including blog posts and social media;
- Composing, copywriting and proofreading communications;
- Maintaining and updating the organization’s website, as well as program websites that are managed by the organization;
- Coordinating and attending company trade shows and events as required;
- Conducting and analyzing market research; and,
- Other duties as required.
Employment Terms: Full-time (35 hours/week; Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm with some flexibility)

Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
- Superior time management, project management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Broad exposure across all marketing tactics including digital marketing, social media, marketing communications, events and PR, content creation and writing, brand management, and sponsorship
- Awareness of current marketing trends, digitalization and metrics
- Demonstrated expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning)
- Graphic design experience
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity to understand our customers and our markets, creativity to deliver marketing that resonates
- Work experience in marketing and/or advertising an asset
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Flash and MS Office Suite and applications (web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
