Metal Fabricator

Slipform Canada is looking for someone who we can train to manufacture the products that we use daily. This person must have at least 1 year of welding experience. General knowledge of a steel fabricating plant and equipment is helpful but not a necessity. The ability to operate hand tools adeptly is required.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:

– Welding

– Grinding

– Brake Press

– Drilling

– Iron Worker

– General Shop Clean-up and Maintenance

Once trained you will work independently in a group setting but often out in the field. There are deadlines to meet but quality is our highest priority. You will have 4 weeks of holidays at Christmas.

Must be able to work in Sudbury/ Toronto Ontario.

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends unless absolutely required and you will have the final say.
